Initial Situation
Smule was founded in 2018 in San Francisco, USA and has become the leading social music and karaoke app worldwide. With over 50 million active monthly users, Smule has already gained a foothold in multiple international markets. Germany is to be further expanded as a core market and brand awareness is to be increased.
Measures
The development and implementation of a TV campaign, in addition to a deep 360° integration with “The Voice of Germany”. The integration of the core message into the “The Voice of Germany” trailer. Operative support including the conception and implementation of the TV spot, market insights and advice regarding music selection.
Result
A significant rise in app downloads and an increase in brand awareness of more than 70% in the first few months following the launch of the campaign

Küchen Quelle & Kiveda
Initial situation
In October 2019, Küchen Quelle / Kiveda were separated from the former bankruptcy estate of QUELLE as these companies were healthy components. At this point the partnership with SevenVentures began.
Measures
After the insolvency of the parent company, TV advertising positively recharged the brand. Operational and strategic support for the exit strategy.
Result
Successful merger with the SevenVentures investment Kiveda, a kitchen online retailer. Return to profitability. This case demonstrates that it is often worth removing and continuing healthy components from an insolvency.

Lieferando
Initial situation
Founded in 2010 in Berlin, Lieferando quickly established itself as the market leader in the field of home food delivery services. The international market merged and Lieferando needed to decide on a future strategy.
Measures
With the support of SevenVentures, an international buyer was found. This enabled Lieferando to play an active role in the market consolidation.
Results
Acceleration of the exit process, increased search volumes and enhanced brand awareness.

Shopkick
Initial situation
Shopkick already had an established business model in the USA and was planning a quick entry into the European market.
Measures
Development and implementation of a TV campaign to aid the company’s launch in Germany. Operative support in securing a retail network within Germany. An initial 6 top retail partners from OBI to Douglas.
Result
4,000 retailers at the campaign launch, 20m TV viewers and 500k users within the first two months.

Tirendo
Initial situation
Tirendo was formed in 2012 with the short-term aim of internationalisation. The intention was to achieve this through fast and sustainable brand development.
Measures
Guidance and support of the marketing campaign launch. Execution of a spectacular media campaign with Sebastian Vettel as brand ambassador.
Result
Achievement of a double-digit million turnover in the 2nd year of operations. Successful trade sale exit to Delticom.

Initial situation
Zalando was founded in 2009 by the German company incubator, Rocket Internet, as an online shoe retailer. The first-mover’s concept of selling shoes online was widely unknown in Germany at the time.
Measures
Innovative advertising spot to explain the concept and increase sales as part of a highly efficient campaign. Mass market stimulation with commercials partly adapted towards different target groups.
Result
Establishment of a mass market for online shoe retailers. Market leader with over 95% brand recognition. Successful IPO.
