Its done, 7 companies out of almost 300 applications have been chosen to pitch on stage at the NOAH Conference on November 14 2013. Those 7 companies will have to convince a distinguished jury of six industry experts that their business idea will rock the markets. The finalists will compete for a 7 million Euro prize of TV media on the channels owned by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The contest will be broadcast live with the online audience as an 7th judge.
Last year´s hero, buusu, the online language platform, won over both the jury and the online audience, claimed the media volume prize and consequently more than tripled its brand awareness in the German market since the beginning of the TV campaign!

• tado° (Munich)- Smart heating

The online community works as an additional jury member and this is your chance to vote and determine the success of your favorite start-up via Facebook. Be part of the decision-making process! Choose wisely- our vote only counts once and you can’t take back your vote once submitted!
The application is free and is not related to a partnership or sponsorship of the NOAH Conference in London. Participant companies shall not exist for more than three years. Finalists are video recorded before and during the conference. Finalists must agree to the following: that the video will be shown on online platforms and published in other publications. Finalists and winners will be contacted via email. The winner will be awarded €4 million in TV ads by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Second place will receive €2 million in TV ads, and third place will receive €1 million in TV ads.
The competition is hosted by SevenVentures GmbH, a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. In accordance with Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (“Aktiengesetz”), companies that belong to ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG are excluded from participation. The prizes are only awarded to the winning companies and are non-transferable; they also cannot be paid out in cash. The date of the media broadcast is decided in agreement with ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The media prize expires if it is not used by December 31, 2014. German law shall apply exclusively. The courts of Munich, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters arising out of or in connection with your participation in this competition.

SevenVentures GmbH will - irrespective of the legal basis for the claim - only be liable for damages resulting from willful conduct or gross negligence. With respect to culpable injury to life, limb or health of a natural person, SevenVentures GmbH is liable also in the case of ordinary negligence. For the rest, SevenVentures GmbH is liable in the case of ordinary breach of a fundamental contractual obligation. Fundamental contractual obligations in the aforementioned sense are obligations prerequisite to the proper execution of the agreement and to achieve the intention of the agreement, and the observance of which the other party may routinely rely on considering the content and purpose of the agreement. Any liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), however, shall remain unaffected.
