SevenVentures Pitch Day: 7VPD
Again in 2013, handpicked start-ups will pitch to win millions Euro in TV ads
Germany’s largest TV company announces the second 7VPD. We are looking for the most innovative and creative founders and start-ups to pitch their concepts on 7VPD @ the NOAH Conference in London on November 14th, 2013. If you can convince a tough and distinguished jury that your business idea will rock the markets, then millions of TV marketing will help you make a breakthrough in Germany.
The finalists will compete for a great prizessuch as workshops and TV media on the channels owned by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The contest will be broadcast live with the online audience as an additional judge.
The application is free and is not related to a partnership or sponsorship of the NOAH Conference in London. Participant companies shall not exist for more than three years. Finalists are video recorded before and during the conference. Finalists must agree to the following: that the video will be shown on online platforms and published in other publications. Finalists and winners will be contacted via email. The winner will be awarded €4 million in TV ads by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Second place will receive €2 million in TV ads, and third place will receive €1 million in TV ads.
The competition is hosted by SevenVentures GmbH, a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. In accordance with Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (“Aktiengesetz”), companies that belong to ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG are excluded from participation. The prizes are only awarded to the winning companies and are non-transferable; they also cannot be paid out in cash. The date of the media broadcast is decided in agreement with ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The media prize expires if it is not used by December 31, 2015. German law shall apply exclusively. The courts of Munich, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters arising out of or in connection with your participation in this competition.

SevenVentures GmbH will - irrespective of the legal basis for the claim - only be liable for damages resulting from willful conduct or gross negligence. With respect to culpable injury to life, limb or health of a natural person, SevenVentures GmbH is liable also in the case of ordinary negligence. For the rest, SevenVentures GmbH is liable in the case of ordinary breach of a fundamental contractual obligation. Fundamental contractual obligations in the aforementioned sense are obligations prerequisite to the proper execution of the agreement and to achieve the intention of the agreement, and the observance of which the other party may routinely rely on considering the content and purpose of the agreement. Any liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), however, shall remain unaffected.
