Germany’s largest TV network corporation announces together with its European Media Partners the 3rd SevenVentures Pitch Day (7VPD). The most innovative founders and Start-ups worldwide pitch their concepts on 7VPD @ NOAH Conference in London on November 13th, 2014.
7VPD PRIZES 2014
The 7 finalists will compete for a €7 million prize of TV media on the channels owned by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. ProSiebenSat.1 Group awards €4 mn to the 1st winner, €2 mn to the 2nd winner and €1 mn to the 3rd winner! The Public Vote Winner will receive the Pan-European Media Prize which will be awarded the for the first time in the 7VPD history.
The European Media Alliance includes the following partner - TF1 (France), Channel4 (UK), Dogan TV (Turkey), TVN (Poland), Modern Times Group (CEE) and Antenna Group (Greece).
The media prizes come of course “no strings attached“ for each winning venture.
THE FINAL JURY AND MODERATOR 2014
The contest will be broadcasted live with the online audience functioning as a further judge in the jury. The jury itself consists of hand-picked international VC's and internet experts who will challenge you for the best pitch. Roomlr is a global locator for holiday homes and apartments with over 1.4m listings in 30k cities, powered by industry leaders like Flipkey, Housetrip, and HomeAway. Vacationers can filter their search by price, location, and specific amenities.
GetYou is the first full Social Feedback Platform. GetYou shows you how people truly perceive you, your content and your online persona. The platform aggregates feedback and uses it to create a crowd-sourced profile built for you by others. Only in its premarketing phase, GetYou already has 250K+ profiles from 174 countries.
SquadRun is a mobile marketplace helping businesses outsource micro-tasks that require human intelligence. From the user side, SquadRun is a gamified app that allows anybody with a smartphone to make money on a per task basis. Mobile-first approach leverages 'dead time' of people which acts as a massive cost arbitrage and also attracts higher quality workforce.
Cashboard is the one stop shop for personal investing. We enable retail investors to invest their money themselves online in an easy, secure and reliable manner. Clients get a diversified portfolio including the whole range of traditional (Funds, ETFs, stocks etc.) and modern online investments.
Pico collects pictures that were taken by your friends during any lifetime occasion into one collaborative, real-time album. Users continue to take pictures with their regular camera application, and Pico does the rest. Private use (collecting pictures to a Facebook Profile) is free, while commercial use is charged by the picture.
Showroom (Poland & CEE)
Showroom is the biggest Polish curated marketplace fully focused on independent fashion. We scout the most talented young fashion designers and offer them space to showcase and sell their products on-line. Showroom takes care of marketing, customer service, logistics, payments and PR.
The application is free and is not related to a partnership or sponsorship of the NOAH Conference in London. Participant companies shall not exist for more than three years. Finalists are video recorded before and during the conference. Finalists must agree to the following: that the video will be shown on online platforms and published in other publications. Finalists and winners will be contacted via email. The winner will be awarded €4 million in TV ads by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Second place will receive €2 million in TV ads, and third place will receive €1 million in TV ads.
The competition is hosted by SevenVentures GmbH, a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. In accordance with Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (“Aktiengesetz”), companies that belong to ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG are excluded from participation. The prizes are only awarded to the winning companies and are non-transferable; they also cannot be paid out in cash. The date of the media broadcast is decided in agreement with ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The media prize expires if it is not used by December 31, 2014. German law shall apply exclusively. The courts of Munich, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters arising out of or in connection with your participation in this competition.

SevenVentures GmbH will - irrespective of the legal basis for the claim - only be liable for damages resulting from willful conduct or gross negligence. With respect to culpable injury to life, limb or health of a natural person, SevenVentures GmbH is liable also in the case of ordinary negligence. For the rest, SevenVentures GmbH is liable in the case of ordinary breach of a fundamental contractual obligation. Fundamental contractual obligations in the aforementioned sense are obligations prerequisite to the proper execution of the agreement and to achieve the intention of the agreement, and the observance of which the other party may routinely rely on considering the content and purpose of the agreement. Any liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), however, shall remain unaffected.
