Florian Pauthner is Managing Director of SevenVentures. Previous he served as an M&A advisor for one of the biggest financial institutions of Northern Europe and worked for a leading consultancy.
Before joining SevenVentures he served as an M&A and Corporate Finance consultant and worked for a US investor.
Philip Fischer is Senior Manager Equity
at SevenVentures. He gained industry expertise in the M&A division of a
top-tier US investment bank in London and Africa. Further practical experience
include a role as Associate Partner at a Fintech start-up and management
consulting. Philip graduated from EBS Oestrich-Winkel and the National
University of Singapore.
Link works as Associate for the investment equity team of SevenVentures. Prior to this he gained experience with several start ups and co-founded an online market place for arts. He holds degrees in management, technology
management and computer science.
Peschke is Equity Associate for SevenVentures supporting the team of Philip
Fischer. Prior to working at SevenVentures he
gained experience in the management consultancy sector and as co-founder of a
fashion start-up. He completed his Master of Science degree in physics at the
Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
Michael Eissmann in Senior Manager on the Portfolio Management Team of
SevenVentures. Previously, he worked for several years in transaction
consulting at a Big 4 company with a focus on business valuation, financial due
diligence, and capital and debt advisory.
Michael is a CFA Charterholder
(Chartered Financial Analyst) and holds a MBA from Midwestern State University.
Maria Popova is Senior Manager on the Portfolio Management Team of SevenVentures. She previously worked as a Manager
in Transaction Consultancy of one of the leading auditing and advisory
companies worldwide. She studied law and economics at the University of
Augsburg and holds the CFA title (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Björn Schulmeister is an Associate in the equity field
at SevenVentures. Previously, he worked as a M & A advisor. Björn completed
his studies in the field of Business Administration at the University of
Mannheim and at the Nova SBE in Lisbon.
is Managing Director of SevenVentures GmbH. Since starting at the
ProSiebenSat.1 Group in 2009 she has held various executive positions and was
responsible for the divisions ProSiebenSat.1 Digital (Video), the TV channel
sixx and was previously a member of the management team in division “TV
Relations & Business Development”. In 2014 she became Managing Director at
SevenOne AdFactory. A role that she continues to carry out in order to further
promote the synergies between the sister companies.
Prior to her
career at ProSiebenSat.1, the Mainz native with South Korean roots spent seven
years in various positions for Bertelsmann in Shanghai, Paris and Gütersloh. In
2013 she was inducted into the Young Global Leaders of the World Economic
Park studied business economics from 1997
to 2001 with a focus on international economic relations at the WHU – Otto
Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz as well as at the Korea University in
Seoul and EDHEC Nice in France.
Verena Argauer is Director Media Investments and heads
the strategic relations of the SevenVentures partner
companies within the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. Verena holds a Masters degree
in Business Administration from Hohenheim and St. Gallen. Besides
working with digital companies, she has a special focus on brand-driven
brick-and-mortar companies that strive to accelerate their online growth.
Florian Weber is Director Media Investments. Prior to SevenVentures he worked, among others, for a leading publisher & media group as well as a leading international bank. He is a specialist for media impact analysis.
Dr. Daniel Zech is Head of SevenVentures Austria. Before Daniel Zech joined SevenVentures Austria he founded and sold an online soccer community in Austria and Switzerland. Daniel holds a PHD degree from the University of Innsbruck, Beijing and Shanghai.
previously worked as a media advisor in Munich where he has lived since
1994. His former positions include management roles both within
ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and Germany's leading bonus program and in the
teleshopping sector of France's leading broadcasting group.
Evgenija Gutjahr works as an
Associate supporting Florian Weber's Media Investment Team. After completing
her studies at the University of Vienna, Evgenija completed a traineeship at
ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE during which she focused on business development,
(performance) marketing and the creation and marketing of 360 ° concepts.
Halbig works as Associate for the Media Investments Team of Verena Argauer.
Prior to this he completed his Double Masterdegree in Finance
and Strategic Marketing at Maastricht University.
Christopher already gained experience in the start up sector by working for
Rocket Internet and Deloitte.
Georg Hien is a Senior Manager Media Investments. After his studies at the European Business School and Ludwig-Maximilian-University he was, among others, responsible for the business development unit at the largest Internet-based retailer in the world. He is a specialist in the field of e-commerce.
Carolin Maierhofer previously worked at SevenOne Adfactory. In her role as officer to the management team she helped
in the implantation of 360 degree projects. She saw through strategic brand
developments for a variety of companies. Previously she led the EMEA marketing
team at a US IoT company.
Philipp Rouenhoff is Media Investments Manager at SevenVentures. Prior to this he worked within the strategy department and product management of two DAX-listed corporations.
Erik Stollberg is a Manager in the Media Investments Team. Before SevenVentures he worked in business development functions in various areas in theProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. He has many years of deep industry experience through his work with SMEs in different industry.
René Brix is external advisor to SevenVentures in Denmark. Before joining, René launched and managed growth of the largest e-tailer in Denmark. Earlier assignments include digital strategy consulting for large Nordic omni-channel players and building up telecommunications business areas in Europe.
Jakub Maj is is external adviser to SevenVentures for Poland and Eastern Europe. Before joining SevenVentures, he worked for a leading European company builder, as well as for a Berlin based Venture Capital firm. Jakub has strong experience in launching startups and is a specialist in online marketing.
Robin Reznik is external advisor to Seven Ventures operations in Sweden and the Nordics since May 2015. Prior to this role, Robin held several leadership positions within high profile US-based tech companies.
Widrick is an external consultant for Seven Ventures in the USA. After
opening the office for group in 2014, his focus is on growing the USA team
& efforts in supporting the growth and expansion of American B2C companies
to Europe. Before SevenVentures Kyle worked as the lead investment manager
of a known family office based in New York City. Former positions include
roles in M&A & various entrepreneurial & business activities.
Dorothea Gugel has been
responsible for PR and marketing at Seven Ventures since 2016. Previously, she
worked for an international communications consulting firm as a Senior
Consultant in financial communications. Dorothea began her career in equity
capital markets at an investment boutique in Sydney and holds an MBA.
Maximilian Jochim is part of the finance team of SevenVentures. Before
he worked for the ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as Internal Auditor. At SevenVentures
he primarily supports the team Growth Investment Germany and parts of the
Lehl works as assistant to the management at SevenVentures since November 2017
and supports Managing Director Stefan Beitz.
July 2017 Hamida Awa works as Business Operations Analyst at
SevenVentures. Previously she was assistant to the managing board.
Martina Baumann is part of the finance team of SevenVentures. Before she worked in various financial areas in the ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. At SevenVentures she primarily supports the teams in Austria and Switzerland.
Anja Gabriel is the Executive Assistant of the managing Director Florian Pauthner since February 2013 and is also supporting the SevenVentures team.
Patrick Rohrmeier is responsible for Operations at
SevenVentures. Since 2013, he has held positions in strategy, business
development and operations in the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. Before this he worked
for a well-known management consultancy.
Rocio Lopez works in the SevenVentures finance team. Previously
she worked in controlling at the ProSiebenSat.1 media SE. At SevenVentures she primarily
supports the Growth Investment Germany team and parts of international business.
Viola Schmidt is responsible for the strategy department at
SevenVentures. Before joining SevenVentures, she was a project manager at a
globally leading strategy consulting firm. Viola studied business
administration with focus in strategy, accounting and finance at the London
School of Economics and Ludwig-Maximilians-University.
Alexander Veh works in the SevenVentures finance team.
He spent his early professional life at a Berlin startup and at a subsidiary of
the ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. At SevenVentures he primarily supports the teams Growth
Investment Germany and SevenVentures Switzerland.
Research & Innovation Manager at SevenVentures, Christoph Wirth is
responsible for the identification and analysis of new markets and targets as
well as research and knowledge management. Before joining SevenVentures, he
worked with a business intelligence consulting firm and a research boutique,
among other groups.
joined the Strategy & Operations department of SevenVentures in 2016. Prior
to SevenVentures, Marcel worked in the Asset Management of two financial
institutions in Germany & Luxembourg.
